My AOL account isn't working on Firefox.

I get a "Blerk Error 1" notice from AOL when trying to log in to my email account. I've made AOL aware of the problem but they haven't fixed it. This only happens on Firefox, not Chrome or Safari.

I can access the main page on AOL, but when I click on to sign in, I get an "Internal Server Error" notice.

Can you help?

Hello,

Footprints probably just means cache and cookies. So, if you clear your cache and cookies, you will have removed your footprints.

To clear cache and cookies do the following: Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to.

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu, choose History, and then "Clear Recent History...".
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the "Clear Now" button.

If you have already tried this, I have no clue what the problem is.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I tried most of them. I didn't add the asterisk becauseI tried "correcting" the bookmark and now I don't have a bookmark at all. And I don't know how to clear the "footprints."

Again, I can access AOL's main site. I just can't log in to my email account. Meanwhile, there's no problem on Chrome or Safari.
