If I choose a security setting at Control Centre and later wish to revert to the "default", how is that done? I am afraid without knowing how to default.
Could someone assist me please? When in a Gmail msg I clicked on "Track an item", Firefox sent msg preventing that. If I were to select a security setting at Control Centre to allow "Track an item" but LATER wished to default or revert back to the Firefox control as it was, is that possible? It is quite a worry to TAKE A LEAP (select a setting) not knowing how to revert back. Yours truly, Amanda2.

You normally see an icon at the right end of the location/address bar if a pop-up is blocked.
You can inspect and manage permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab via these steps:
- click the "Site Identity Button" (globe/padlock) on the location/address bar
- click the arrow to expand the security message
- click "More Information" to open "Tools > Page Info"
- click "Permissions" to inspect and modify permissions
- click "Security" to inspect and modify cookies and passwords in a standalone window
Go to the Permissions tab (Tools > Page Info > Permissions) to check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab.

Hi Amanda2, do you recall which exact message you got from Firefox, or can you trigger it again? I'm not sure whether this is a problem with a blocked pop-up or something else.
Hi jscher2000, following is the exact message "Firefox prevented this site from opening a pop-up window." On R. side is a blue box “Options” which I have read. To add to my Question, I used "PrtScn" but the resulting Word file would not attach to my Question here.

Hi cor-el. Thank you for the response. I followed them down to click "Permissions" to inspect ... etc." and modified that. After I went back to Gmail, the pop-up window opened and provided information. Also I learned how to revert to the default.
Your last dot-point referred to click "Security" etc. but when I did that, I thought it was too difficult for me to understand and I changed nothing.
I believe the response has solved my question. Thanks from Amanda2.
