My computer restarts when I'm on Facebook with FF30

Every time when I'm on the Facebook, after 2 or 3 scrolls or few images loaded, my computer crashes. It hapens only with FF30, with or without add-ons. Is there any conflict between FF30 and FB?

I tryed Chrome, even IE, and everything runs fine - the problem is with FF30 only. Also, Malwarebytes, CCleaner and KIS2013 didn't find any problems.

Of course, I don't have any crush report, because the whole system crushes with FF30.

Hi deyo018, Thank you for reporting this. If there are crash reports in the [about:support] page please copy and paste the crash reports there. With out thise, it will be difficult to investigate. However there are a few things we can try off the bat:

  1. Please also try to run a virus scan Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware first then:
  2. Try to view Facebook in Firefox Safe Mode Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode by hitting Shift and clicking on the Firefox Icon on start up and selecting start with no add ons.
  3. Try to Reset firefox to its defaults from the [about:support] page or Try with a new profile Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles to see if it is a preference.
