Lightening calendar will not allow me to create or delete any event. This is a recently started problem as it worked fone before. Should I reinstall thunderbird?

Trying to set up a Thunderbird account on a surface book 3 and it refused to accept the password. I did a manual configuration and all the settings are copied from my desktop app so the server settings should all be correct. Now it does all the right things when I click the get messages button i.e. it says 'connected to mail.xxxx.net.au' but that's it. Nothing is sent or received.
For about 6 months now, my printers have been disappearing and reappearing at random...or so I thought. However, today, I left my Printer window opened while the printers… (mear ynfo)
For about 6 months now, my printers have been disappearing and reappearing at random...or so I thought. However, today, I left my Printer window opened while the printers were "Connected". I then proceeded to open the programs I regularly use: First Word. Nothing. Then Acrobat. Nothing. Then Chrome, still nothing. Then Thunderbird...Bam! Printers Disconnected. I said, let me try this again, and again, and again. Each time...same result. When launching Thunderbird...within 5 secs, the printers disconnect. It's the craziest thing I've ever seen. Anyone out there looking for a fun challenge? I've never seen this happen before and would love a resolution. Oh, and before it's suggested: I already checked the PrintSpooler service...connected or disconnected, it's status reads: "Running" in Task Manager.

Just downloaded Thunderbird on LInux and I'm trying to set up my calendar. My Apple reminder aren't showing up. When I add a calendar with https://caldav.icloud.com, I'm able to subscribe to my calendars with no problem. Reminders shows up on the list (with a warning emoji next to it) but none of my reminders show up. However, there are two tasks:
- The creator of this list has upgraded these reminders With a link to this Apple support page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/102457, telling me how to upgrade reminders. I'm on ios 18.3.1. And another tasks with no description, just says: Where are my reminders?
Is there any way to get it to work? Anything else I could try? Any help would be appreciated: :-)
