At the last FF update, I discovered that I had VPN on my top status bar but what does it do?

I have v. 150.0.1 (64 bit). Also Windows 11. I live in France and the only reason to use a VPN is to watch a UK soap which I cannot watch by any other means unless it's live on the TV. I know how to turn it on (obvious), so when I use the BBC website, this is what I do. But it makes not the slightest bit of difference as I am still recognised as being outside the UK.

Am I not doing something please?

The new Firefox built-in VPN, rolled out to Australia this week, is not redirecting to the chosen country location.

Despite selecting either US or UK in the country list, websites are still identifying me as located in Australia.

For example, despite VPN being on and US selected, cunard.com still redirects me to my home location of Australia (see https://www.cunard.com/en-au in address bar). Screenshot attached. Other websites similar.

I have installed Firefox's free VPN. It shows in the toolbar, as a grey X and a grey "VPN". When I click that, I receive a series of promising, colorful dialog boxes that ultimately change nothing. I can only click the grey VPN and run through the same cycle again with the same results (opening yet a new tab). I have looked in Extensions and Themes > Manage Your Extensions, and can't find the VPN. How do I turn it on?

I cannot get the free VPN to turn on. It keeps looping me back to sign in and then tells me to turn it on and then it loops back to the sign in and continues to loop

ive been testing out the VPN to see what all it can do but the data never seems to go down, which....im not complaining about xD but i also dont wanna get stuck with a big bill. has anyone else experienced this?

I was not given a VPN setup on restarting Firefox, and have no VPN icon in my toolbar. I have tried using customise toolbar, but there is no VPN icon to add back. Version 150.0, automatically opened to "What's New in Firefox 150" on starting Firefox, just without a new VPN icon. Thanks

The Firefox VPN is installed and on...it had been working great...but now, it's on, but not using any data...the data status bar stays at 50%....like it's not running...what's going on with it? Thanks!

Mozilla has been bragging about the free built-in Firefox VPN for months now. I still don't see it. I'm on the latest release (151.0.3) but I don't see any way to access it. I know they've said it would be a phased rollout but it's been a long time coming already. Am I doing somethin wrong?

I am trying to find and activate the free Firefox VPN offered. I had the VPN icon on my tool bar then it disappeared a couple of weeks ago....the icon is not on my toolbar.....I have searched the tools...themes...customize toolbar to no avail...I can not find it anywhere. Can you help?...I am on a PC laptop using Windows 11.. Can you help?
