Now you are offering free VPN and I have been paying for it for years. Does that mean I do not need to pay for it any more??

It was announced under update 150.0.1 that a 50GB Free monthly VPN was available, however this is not the case in Brazil.
Is this a bug? Is there a due data for the activation? Is there any farther configuration needed to make it work?
PC / Win11
Thank you!
it won`t let me click the turn on vpn button
Your instructions say "Look for the VPN setup prompt in the top-right corner of your Firefox toolbar". Where is the Firefox toolbar?

I am attempting to use Firefox's new built-in VPN to hide my browsing and use sites that are restricted like Reddit on a common wifi while I am on breaks. It worked on these common wifi systems for a little bit, but last week I believe, it just stopped working one day. Now, when I turn on the VPN, the only thing Firefox will do is display the following error: ~~~~~ Unable to find the proxy server
Firefox can’t connect to the server at [insert url here] What can you do about it?
Try connecting on a different device. Check your modem or router. Disconnect and reconnect to Wi-Fi. ~~~~~ I was originally running Firefox 149 via snap on Ubuntu, but I just uninstalled the snap package and switched to 150.0.1 via the Mozilla APT repository and I am getting identical behavior. Is this just a bug, or is it possible the administrator here has explicitly blocked Firefox VPN? Is there anything else I can do about it, since connecting on a different device doesn't help me, I can't check the modem or router, and disconnecting and reconnecting does nothing?
The free and newly introduced VPB doesnt work when I use DNS over HTTPS, if i turn it off it works flawlessly. Has anyone else experienced this?

I enabled the Firefox browser VPN as a test and then disabled it, after the Google search no longer worked.
Error says Google.com is unavailable, can't connect to servers etc.
Any ideas how to fix it ?

The Firefox browser VPN option and toolbar button for Firefox 150 was originally showing up after a recent update (was not signed into the browser), but when I signed into the account as needed to activate VPN, the VPN toolbar button and options under security settings disappeared. I can't find the vpn button to add back under the 'customize toolbar setting' as suggested. And when I go under privacy and security settings, the VPN section is no longer there. How do I get the VPN options back? I tried signing out of Firefox and then back in. I tried disconnecting 'sync' from the computer and that didn't change anything either. I've updated the browser on all devices I'm signed into to 150.0.1. The VPN toolbar button or setting option does not show up on any device I am using. The only browser I initially saw the VPN options on was the browser that I wasn't initially signed into, and it disappeared after I signed into the browser with the account.
None of the suggestions at the following help page work to get the VPN options back in the browser settings, or toolbar: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn?utm_source=www.firefox.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=whatsnew-150#w_turn-on-vpn-in-firefox
I have to turn off VPN to get into certain sites...such as my Yahoo email account, Merrill Lynch account etc.... Why? anyway to fix that?

Hello, I'm using Firefox 149.0.0 (current is 149.0.2) in France and started testing Mozilla VPN. According to the docs, Location should appear at the bottom of the VPN UI and you should be able to change this Location, what I'm interested in.
I have 'Paramètres' (Settings) instead of the Location/Country.
Is this specific to France ?
Thanks in advance & have a nice day, Marc.
You are offering VPN as part of Firefox. I already pay for VPN from you. Will this be cancelled when the free version is available?
which area is your vpn using? I'm in uk.
