York County, SC. Comporium is my streaming TV provider. Been watching on my PC for years. Suddenly I get this when I try to log on: "Firefox can’t find the file at https://streamtv.comporium.com/browse/live." So I reluctantly switch over to Chrome which finds it immediately. Thanks in advance.

I have the current 130.0 version and I am using Win 10. For several versions now I have been unable to print the date as a footer. I have read the Firefox help on this issue and not resolved it. &D is shown for footer-left, and footer is enabled in the print dialog. Can anything be done?

When I click a link or open a new Tab Firefox opens a new window. I have Firefox and Thunderbird pinned to the Taskbar and usually switch between them easily. Today when I try to switch to Firefox another FF window opens. Why is this happening and how can I stop it.?

System is Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. Firefox 130.0 is the browser. When printing PDF forms from a website, the printer dialog shows the paper size as US Letter, but it prints as a tiny version of the document.

When I dig deeper into the printer dialog, the page setup is listed as na_letter. When I change it to US Letter, the document will print correctly, but it reverts to na_letter for subsequent print jobs.

The printer is a Brother inkjet, MFC-J985DW. This problem only started recently and the only known changes have been automatic Firefox updates. Any suggestions for a fix?

This new version keeps crashing and won't even load sometimes. I've gone back to Chrome but today I got lucky and FF is working but it probably won't last long.

The last few days my computer has a long time connecting to the internet I saw a notification from Mozilla that they updated some type of program that might effect the connections that it might take longer to connect well it does and by the time it connects it say to long to connect so no connections at all before they did this upgrade or what ever my computer always connected johnny on the spot now it doesn't so the upgrade just don't work I think I saw something like a AI thing any ideas or what I am about ready to go to another browser program it's just not working for me I have windows 11.

No matter which way I try to close it, Firefox Will Not Close and stays open 24/7. I do not know how to get this browser to close! Firefox continues to freeze and shut itself down, but NOT close out. I do believe it is a security risk. Thank You for your help.

My computer seemed to be going slowly so I restarted it. The text in emails was lagging. After a restart nothing changed. Then Firefox became absolutely unresponsive after restart.

I have installed Firefox again. There is no change.

The toolbars are still there. But if I type something in the search button, nothing happens. If I click on one of my shortcuts nothing happens.

I am unable to use "Restore Previous Session", "Recently Closed Tabs" or "Recently Closed Windows" options despite having Firefox settings in Privacy & Security set to have Firefox "Remember history". These options are greyed out. I have tried toggling between the Privacy & Security settings between "Remember History" and "Custom settings for history" as well as deleting and redownloading firefox but the options still remain greyed out. My Mac os is Ventura 13.0. Please help!

I just updated my firefox browser. And had numerous tabs that were still open. Usually when I have update it I go to history and click on recently closed windows/tabs and everything comes back on.

But this time, there's nothing there! I'm missing all of the windows/tabs that were opened before. I look in my history tab and there's nothing there either from the time the firefox was updated.

Before Firefox had something called restore previous session. And that's not there either.

Can you please help me get my old tabs/windows opened again? Please

So I'm not sure how to search this, I couldn't find anything after trying...so apologies as I'm sure this is covered somewhere. Anyway, when I wake computer from sleep, Firefox is often unresponsive while disk activity is maxed - so I think what's happening is it's storing pages/tabs to disk and reloading them (slowww*) vs just getting them fresh from the web.

If I have diagnosed this right, is there a setting that can be changed to disable this?

(I already tried browser.cache.disk.enable -> false - this had no effect).

• Yes this is an old drive not SSD but for crying out loud I shouldn't have to upgrade hardware for this, in theory at least....

Hello: Passwords from CSV file: "firefox logins.csv" does NOT show up in the "Import Browser Data" box? I reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows7 and firefox (Firefox Setup 115.14.0esr.exe). I'm unable to import my "Passwords from CSV file" because it is not included in the "Import Browser Data" box (see Attachments (pics). Note: I do not use the Browser in this picture only firefox. How than can I import this .csv file? Regards -mdc
