Recently any links on a webpage that uses a navigation bar (eg Facebook, USA Today) are rendered inactive and the scroll bar sticks. Have reinstalled and upgraded but issue still remains

When navigating to a website that has navigation bar in a separate frame all links in that frame are inactive in addition the scroll bar along the side of the page will stick though if the top or bottom arrow in the bar are clicked the page will jump to the page top or bottom and then the bar will move freely

Hi DEMON69C,

I'd try starting Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode. If you don't have the issue while all of your add-ons, extensions, and themes are disabled, you can try adding them back in one by one until you find the culprit. You should look at the Extensions and Themes troubleshooting guide and the Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems article as well.

You could also try Creating a new profile.

Hopefully this helps!
