Google browser is Chrome not Google. And for search engine there is a default settings unless the user changes that setup.

The company Mozilla does not have a search engine of their own so their Firefox web browsers uses a search engine whether a default or one you choose. Google is the search engine in many of the language locales though some others have different ones as the default search engine.
