I tried to restart the computer. I did not work. Several websties give me "error" or other sighs in opening the website, but I was able to open with Google Chrome with out any probleds. When I used outlook, all the letters are with red dots as they were all mispelled. Please let me know how to fix it. New I have to use Google Chrome.

Thanks,

William

  • open the "Add Dictionaries" link to install a dictionary if you do not have one.

The spelling checker is enabled if [X] "Check Spelling" in the right-click context menu has a checkmark.

    Cookies and Site Data -> Manage Data

"Clear the Cache":

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
    Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> Cached Web Content: Clear

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
