Out of the blue Firefox 56.0.1 stopped accepting input from the keyboard. So far I have tried safe mode. Restarting the computer. Uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling. Everything else I can find including other browsers seem to work OK. (Actually Chrome doesn't accept KB input either but it never does.)

AM sorry... Not enough information came through with your post. Can you please tell us your OS and any Extension/add-ons you are running and how old system is please.

Sorry I meant to put all that in: OS = Windows 10; I only have a few extensions etc and I have turned them all off; my system is about 11 months old. Even weirder only letters, numbers and puctuation characters seem to be affected, ie Crl V; Delete even Carriage Return and Space Bar work!! I am entering this in Notepad and copy and pasting.

Some have reported that pressing F9 and the Windows key simultaneously one or more times has worked to fix issues with the keyboard not working.
