How do I recover saved logins from previous firefox version following update to newer version?

I just upgraded my version 48.2 to version 49.0 and found out that all of my saved logins to preferred websites is missing. Now I must try to remember usernames and passwords to at least 30-50 websites and recreate the list for future use. Is there anything I can do to retrieve those logins or are they lost in the upgrade process?
