I have all ready posted my question...but I am surprised that no direct contact canbe made with FIREFOX/Mozilla??? Community support is fantastic, but only if someone responds, perhaps because they have the same question! I need to access a part of Southwest Airllnes,and cannot! It is rather urgent, and I do not know what to do...My Safari will notlet me even get to Southwest at this point. Firefox will,except for what I NEED TO DO!!!!! HELP

Sorry, there is no telephone number for Firefox support; Mozilla doesn't provide support via telephone.

Sometimes users may not receive support as fast as they would like, especially during a holiday weekend like now. And starting multiple new threads about the same issue sure isn't going to speed things up (3 threads in the last 7 hours).

As far as your other question; yes. Mozilla employees do occasionally provide support answers in this forum. But there is no identification 'badge' for Mozilla employees, although many of the Admin's are employees.

Mozilla does not have the resources to do the size of call centers that would be needed for phone, chat, or email especially since it would be for free.
