Keazen oplossing

We wanted to give you a heads-up that tab groups in Firefox is going away. You can read about it here. They plan to have the feature removed for Firefox 45, which is coming out in March 2016.

If you are a user of this feature, the TooManyTabs add-on should be a good substitute. You can also browse all Tab management add-ons here.

When I upgraded to 47.0, I lost TooManyTabs. All together, I lost probably 100 bookmarks, which is what they essentially were.

Is there another add-on that does the same thing?

And where are the URLs that were in the various tabs? That is, where is the TMT data? I can go to them and make Firefox bookmarks. Inconvenient, but doable.

more options

TMT stores its data in the places.sqlite database that also stores the bookmarks.

TMT data is stored in the Library > "Unsorted Bookmarks" > "TooManyTabs (Do Not Delete)" folder. Please do not remove this folder in case you are just performing a downgrade.

more options

Where is that folder? I can't find a folder named "Library."

more options

Library is the name of the Bookmarks Manager (Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks). You would have to inspect the Unsorted folder in the Bookmarks Manager or Bookmarks sidebar to find the TooManyTab folder.
