Hello,

Please see the article "This Connection is Untrusted" error message appears - What to do. It could be a corrupt cert8.db file, please follow the steps in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/connection-untrusted-error-message#w_the-certificate-is-not-trusted-because-the-issuer-certificate-is-unknown

You may also want to check your antivirus/firewall settings. If you are using Avast, the latest Firefox release (version 33.1 released yesterday) fixes an issue with HTTPS Scanning. Your user agent shows 33.0.3 - you can update by going to:

  • Help (or New Fx Menu > Help-29) > About Firefox

Or download a new copy at:

I've tried all the listed fixes, which includes the one you posted. NONE of them have worked. I'm also using Kapersky and that doesn't seem to be the issue. Thx though.
