HERE Maps on Geeksphone Peak with FFOS 1.3 doesn't update

To put it shortly, if i download an update for HERE Maps it always says there is an "error while downloading the update". This is both on 4G and on my WiFi, which works fine. Updates for other apps than HERE Maps have no issues either.

I've filed this bug in December last year, and it still affects me after I updated to Firefox OS 1.3 today. My issue seems similar to http://mzl.la/13yCf0g but the solution given there doesn't work, it still keeps nagging me about the HERE Maps update. I was hoping anyone here might know a solution

Thank you for your replies. I can report that removing my user data while flashing my phone (to 1.4, but I guess flashing to 1.3 would have worked too) fixed my issue. Removing user data requires downloading HERE Maps from the Marketplace again, so Firefox OS then downloads the latest version and I don't get nagged with constant update notifications.

Unfortunately since this is a geeksphone build, this is an unsupported issue. If you look at the bug you reported it is a duplicate of another bug that has been marked are invalid. Please post the issue in the Geeksphone forum and let them know as well. They may have a work around for the issue you are seeing. [forum.geeksphone.com/ Geeksphone forum]
