Знаю что можно создать с помощью команды -CreateProfile, а мне нужно удалить, с помощью какой команды это можно сделать? Воспользоваться командой -ProfileManager - не подходит.

That is not possible as far as I know.
Using the Profile Manager is the easiest way to remove a profile and remove the files as well.
Removing only the profile from showing in the Profile Manager can be done by editing the profiles.ini file where you can find the path of this folder and you can remove this profile folder manually with Windows Explorer or another file manager.
