ABNAMRO Indentifier( To do Internetbanking) don't operate with the last version of Firefox

The ABNAMRO Edentifier is a small holder for my bankaccount card. When I connet this through USB with my computer than I can easely log on to my bankaccount.

I called ABNAMRO an they tell me this is a problem that occured with the latest version of Firefox.

So please Mozilla solve this problem for me because all the customers of ABNAMRO in The Netherlands who use Firefox have this problem and that are many people.

Solution choisie

You should still be able to use the E.dentifier normally (i.e. not connected via USB) and enter the code manually.

In de laatste versie van Firefox is het niet meer mogelijk om met een gekoppelde e.dentifier in te loggen in Internet Bankieren. Wilt u toch gebruik maken van de gekoppelde e.dentifier? Dan adviseren wij u om tijdelijk over te stappen op Chrome of Internet Explorer. Wij werken aan een oplossing en gaan er nu vanuit dat we deze midden augustus kunnen doorvoeren. Onze excuses voor het eventuele ongemak.
