Ever since i updated to 14.0.1 from 13.0.1, Firefox kept crashing on whatever site i visit. Especially when watching video. Flash updated to latest version.

Btw, my friend (who runs Qihoo 360 but chooses Avira as default local engine, and I use Bitdefender 2013, so I don't think the crash is caused by Bitdefender) also encounters the same problem.

Though the troubleshooting Info got some chinese part.... still readable

This looks like a problem with Bitdefender (BdProvider.dll).

But my friend's pc runs aother antivirus software... Firefox also keeps crashing... So I guess Bitdefender might not to blame

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
