What can I do, now that after upgrading nothing happens when I use rightclick or push any button (Toolbar, search bar, Add-on search button, ...) ?

As one can actually read in the question, I am close to not being able to use Firefox in a proper way. So, after upgrading Firefox, the rightclick stopped working (doesn't matter where I click - doesn't work; Yahoo Toolbar is already deleted so it's not that). Furthermore, the Toolbar (History, Bookmarks, Help, etc) doesn't react after clicking - so it's dead. I've got the same problem with the search bar (the bar on the right to the navigation bar, where one can chose between different search engines (e.g. Google, Wikipedia, eBay, etc.) - doesn't react after hitting so that I can just search with my current logged search engine. When I go to about:home and click on Add-ons, there is this configuration button on the upper right (crossed screwdriver and wrench) - nothing happens after clicking it.

You can try to reset Firefox.

Reset creates a new profile and tries to import some settings from the old profile leaving the old profile intact.

Thank you. After deleting and re-installing it, it worked. :) Then it didn't work any more and i repeated the resetting for many times - then got angry and checked the Add-ons and found a new one, saying something about the Ubuntu Settings (which I didn't install) and deleted it. So this resetting (deleting and installing) worked, as well as deleting this one Add-on (which wasn't there before resetting).

Alright, it doesn't work again. Reinstalling didn't work, neither did rebooting (worked one time). Anything else i can try?

Add-ons installed (but all disabled): Flash and Video Download 1.11 Ghostery 2.8.0.1 Play drums! 0.5 Ubuntu Firefox Modifications 0.9.5 (can't delete it) webfav 1.17 ("not compatible with Firefox 13.0.1" -> just a dead Add-on i can't delete)

Plugins installed (but all disabled): Picasa Shockwave Player

Disabling all Add-ons and Plugins didn't work - anything else I can try?
