Firefox won't download; I have Windows 7.

I'm trying to reinstall Firefox. I hit the download button and nothing happens. I see there are three steps but I can't begin the process if I can't download the software.

I'm assuming you are using Internet Explorer, correct? You can try resetting IE, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 can help with that.

Then just click the download button, look for the little box or the bar at the bottom of your screen, then click "Run". Let firefox download, and follow the wizard.
