The tools does not give envelope/lable option on this new download

For years I have been using "Envelopes/Labels" under "Tools" to print labels and envelopes. After downloading the new version 8 there is no option for this under Tools -- I need this as I use it often. I am disappointed about this change and if I can't get that under the tool option (I don't see it anywhere else either) I need to go back to the old version I had which interestingly was 9 which I would think would come after 8 but every time I turned on Firefox it said I should download the "new 8" I wrote several inquiries about this but NEVER could get an answer. Please advise me on this...pegbramson@yahoo.com

It sounds like you may have a Firefox add-on that was disabled when you switched versions. For some ways to fix this problem, see Re-enable add-ons that were disabled when updating Firefox.

I'm not sure why you were offered an "update" to Firefox 8. You are correct that it is an older version than Firefox 9. To get the latest version (Firefox 10, which was just released today), go to http://firefox.com/ and click on the green download button. This might fix your add-on problem too, because Firefox 10 has improved compatibility with add-ons.

I appreciated your response. You were absolutely correct -- the previous version did not supply envelope/label ability under the tool box. My mistake. Sorry about that.

I'm not sure why I was continuously offered a Firefox 8 update when I had a 9, but thank you for offering the 10. I appreciate your quick response and have downloaded the new one. Great service!
