When I try to open Firefox I get a message: Mozilla Crash Reporter: firefox had a problem and crashed. Will try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts. When I click on restore this same error box keeps appearing

I can't open Firefox and thus can't get to my.yahoo.com or any of my bookmarks.

Please upgrade your browser to Firefox 8 and check

Everything is good. Downloaded 8.0 and got fully restored - bookmarks too. Thanks for being so helpful, Swarnava.

Update Roboform. That has been fixing this for many people, including me! :)
