Hi ahscotty,

It seems that your problem might be a result of malware. I'm not saying EToolkit or Beemp3 is a virus, but it certainly does produce some unwanted results. Try this:

Click the Firefox button - then click Add Ons. Search through the Extensions and Plugins tabs for anything close to Beemp3 or EToolkit. Remove anything you find. Close Firefox, then restart your computer. That should remove it. If that doesn't work, please reply.

Thankyou 'Greasemonkey' for your fast response,I had already checked addons ,but i did it again as per your instructions, but there is nothing there relating to EtoolKit or BeeMp3. I should mention that i have run full scans with ,MalwareBytes,AVG,Advanced System Care, Stopzilla, and TDSSKiller, but they haven't found anything! I have looked for it in REGEDIT HKEY/localuser/sofware...bla bla bla, and can't find anything even close to EtoolKit or BeeMp3! Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated as this is really pissing me off now! Thanks heaps again!

I had this prob. too but I resolved by running in the safe mode, in the end. Open Firefox, click help, and go to Restart with Add-ons Disabled. I think, I checked the 4th one, reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults but not very sure which one, then continued in safe mode. now, I have a life without etoolkit and I am a very happy person. more info: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe%20Mode
