Help to find lost Bookmarks. Lost by reinstaling ( by Norton tecnician) FF

Merely reinstalling Firefox, or even uninstalling and then reinstalling Firefox shouldn't have lost your bookmarks. That "tech" may have deleted your "Firefox data and customizations", too.
