I ordered a manual on how to operate an Ice cream maker which was downloaded. I do not know how to find a downloaded message or anything downloaded. How do I do this?

Open the Downloads window - { Ctrl + J } or Tools > Downloads

Right-click that downloaded file in that window and select Open Containing Folder.
