Where is the "tools' selection on home page--cannot turn off pop up blocker

Pandora site says to disable pop up blocker to proceed--unable to find"Tools" option on Foxfire tool bar to begin disabling blocker???

Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.

Go to "View > Toolbars" and check-mark "Menu Bar" with a click if you want to make that permanent.
