How to connect to Firefox Sync if operating system was reinstalled?

Can I connect to Firefox Sync if i have the sync key? When I go to Tools>Options>Sync>Set Up Firefox Sync I see only Create new Account and Connect that does not allow me to connect to my account. Thank you.

You don't have I already have a Firefox Sync account. and the Connect button when you go to Set Up Sync...?

After I clicked on the Connect button when I go to Set Up Sync appear a window to add a device and can't click on the next button have only one computer just want to sync my tabs, bookmarks....that I had before to reinstall the operating system. Thanks,

You can click the link at the bottom: I don't have the device with me.

That will allow you to enter the sync key and other data.
