I changed the font to Arial in the Content tab, but the text is still not Arial. How do I make this change?

Solution choisie
In the Content Panel, next to where you chose the Ariel font, click the Advanced button. Then in the dialog that appears, uncheck the option "Allow pages to choose their own fonts"
