how do i enable (JIT)debugging on the .config file for a specific application?

JIT Debugging. I had a microsoft .NET screen pop up with a deep bleep noise as i tried to transfer an icon onto my working space in a craft program. I have ordinary version of My Craft Studio installed and also the Professional version. I can transfer data to ordinary version with either set of picture icons but not to the professional version. It bleeps only with the professional version open.

Solution choisie

Pops up occassionaly whilst an auto program is moving from site to site. Cannot find the file to do the suggested amendment.
