Facebook emojis are not showing but the ability to select them remains

Facebook emojis are not showing but the ability to select them remains. When you want to select an emoji on a post you move the mouse over the thumbs up icon. In the last couple days all I get is a black window. But I can still move the mouse over that window and see in text what I want to select.

I am running version 154.00

I have turned on safe mode and the emojis work normally. They all show up.

I have gone through all my add on's and none of them actually effect the outcome.

That's possible the same culprit as support.mozilla.org/questions/1585632

I see that as the same issue and a Firefox issue. I used two other different browser and had no emoji issue.
