How to download Windows 7 Firefox?
I need an ESR version of Firefox that works with Windows 7. IMO the current documentation is not correct.

You can also go to https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-esr/ > click on 64-bit Windows (or if you have 32-bit Windows then Windows 32-bit Firefox) > pick your language > then click on [ Download ESR 115 ] to download Fx 115.33.0esr.
Firefox 115.33.0esr was the last planned update for the old Firefox 115 ESR channel. However I saw one source recently saying it may see updates till August. Firefox 116.0 and later requires Windows 10, 11 to run.
