go to about:config → sidebar.revamp → false

Use the sidebar to access tools and vertical tabs. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/use-sidebar-access-tools-and-vertical-tabs#w_enable-the-updated-sidebar
select Show sidebar
Try, select Show sidebar.
An observe, sidebar.revamp.
