I have a Windows 7 machine and I am unable to download firefox to it but I've read that there's a Firefox ESR for Windows 7 and 8 can anyone help me by sending me a link to the exact spot where I need to get that to download it?

Yes, it is version 115.30 ESR for Win 7. It should be there -> https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-esr/

^After you pick the language make sure you click on [Download ESR 115] as the Download Now will serve Firefox 140.5.0esr which will not run on Windows 7, 8, 8.1.
