Tabs keep crashing

Hey, I've been experiencing my YouTube and Twitch tabs crashing almost every 20-40 minutes and it's been kind of annoying.

Does anyone know if the crashes are because of my drivers or Windows not being up to date? Never had this issue with Opera before.

I looked at the cause of the crashes again and came to a somewhat similar conclusion, thought it might be a problem with heat or maybe just my hardware. Thanks for the answer, that answers my question!
