Hello, I have a problem where, when starting to play a YouTube video in full-screen mode, it freezes, the screen goes black for a while, and the sound gets choppy. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you."

PC specs and what links are the issue and what Addon/Extensions are installed? And did you verify the audio is working correctly and insure Firefox "accelerate video" is on or off to test if it's playback issue or not. Also make sure the Video drivers are uptodate as well.
