Thanks, but the artiple does not say how to solve it, especially if the site provider CANNOT be contacted as it is a governmental institution. Besides the site can be accessed inside the country and could be access outside up to about 1.5 years ago, but now Firefox does not open it. What can be done? It is urgent that I access this site. thanks
