I changed my password on MY BT. Having done so, Thunderbird will not work. I have had to change my Mozilla password to get onto this page. Please help me get Thunderbird to work.

Hi - I've a BT account as well.

I changed my password to access the 'MY BT' and also discovered it stopped emails.

Previously I used a password to access the account MY BT and a different password for my emails. But I have now found that both need to be the same. So make sure the password you use to access MY BT is also the same as accessing the webmail email account. Then update the stored password in Thunderbird so it's the same.
