unable to recover my saved bookmarks and history

i installed updated version of mozilla and after login i lost all the previous data and i also tried it to recover from my last backup but it's not working please help me with that i need my data back

In your backup folder, look in your firefox profile folder for the file in the screenshot. With Firefox closed, put that file in you current profile folder and report back.

What Firefox version do you use and were you using previously as not all versions have their profile folder in the same location? From the Mozilla server or others like Flatpak or Snap or from your Linux distribution ?
