How do I switch easely account location in left column ?

In left column in TB , accounts appear from top to bottom according the date they have been added. Can this be changed ?

Underneath a fictive example, I would like to move the account at the bottom to the top in the list

Go to tools>accountsettings. - highlight the desired account, hold down left mouse button and drag up or down.

At top right corner , in drop-down menu there is no item 'Tools' However (also at top right) 'Account settings' can be clicked directly. Thank you
