How to remove the second Inbox

I have got two Inboxes (screenshot). How do I remove one of them? Right click and "Delete" doesn't help. By the way, how to delete the folder "Unified Folders"? I guess, the second Inbox was created, when I tried to rename the Inbox.

Restarting Thunderbird did fix the problem. Sorry. If possible, my question should be deleted or marked as done.
