security.fileuri.strict_origin_policy isn't supported by policies.json, so I assume that GPO is the same.

The privacy.file_unique_origin pref is no longer supported in Firefox 95+ (bug 1732052) in case you were relying on this workaround. For now there is still security.fileuri.strict_origin_policy that you can try instead, but this pref will be removed as well in the future (bug 1730535), so it will no longer be possible to bypass strict origin requirement.

So basically there is no way right now. At least I can stop searching for a solution now. Thanks for the fast response. :)
