Every time Firefox tells me to access a new feature, it doesn’t work, and it tells me to download the latest version. Being iOS, I have to go to the App Store, and it always says I have the app and does nothing. There is no update button. This has happened (again) with the picture in picture feature for videos. It doesn’t work - there is NO button - and I can’t update the software as it tells me too.

Are you on iOS 12 or 13? You can find the version by going to settings->general->about

Have you tried deleting the app and then reinstalling?

I have a lot of tabs I don’t want to lose, so I had been avoiding this, but it sounds like I might have to.
