Why is Firefox unable to print after I updated windows?

After the latest windows updates were installed I am unable to print anything with firefox. I either get an error or it is spooling and never prints and eventually disappears form the print pending/spooling dialog. Any other browser or program print just fine.

That would a be a printer driver issue. Did you do a test print as well to verify the printer is detected?
