I have Facebook notifications of the new messages, but I have to refresh the page each time to see them on the website.

While using Firefox there is something wrong with chatting on Facebook. I do have pop up notifications of the new messages, I have notifications on my phone, sometimes I can see on a website animation of three dots in a chat (signal that someone is writing). But to see new messages on the Facebook I have to refresh the page each time. Restrarting Firefox helps for a while, but the problem comes back.
