I get a Verification link damaged message when trying to verify my secondary email

more options

It says this:

The link you clicked was missing characters, and may have been broken by your email client. Copy the address carefully, and try again.

I've copied the link 2x with no luck.

Hi, I would gather this is for Sync. That makes 3x's so email address is now locked out. Please follow directions at the very bottom of this URL : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/forum-response-firefox-sync-verification-email-faq Please create the bugzilla account and follow the rest and wait for contact.

Is there a reason that you can't click the link in the email? Rather than doing a copy & paste of the response URL.

Just a wild-assed-guess here with a problem I have experienced Are you viewing the email from within the same version & Profile of Firefox when using web mail? Firefox Accounts "transactions" don't work for me when I have attempted to read and click the link thru my webmail portal when when I was using a different Firefox Profile, one that wasn't connected to Sync or a Firefox Account. Copy & paste gave me that same type of message, too.

Or are you viewing that email in am email application such as Thunderbird? (Thus the reason for doing copy & paste.)
