How do I keep my Firefox internet shortcut icons from changing when phone restarts

On my Kyocera Duraforce, when I create a shortcut from my Firefox internet bookmarks to my home screen, then restart my phone, the icon changes to the default Firefox icon and the table changes to "Firefox". The link still works, but the icon and lable change on restart. How do I stop it from changing?
