How do you "click and drag" (or scroll horizontally/diagonally) with the firestick remote?

In particular, I like using "radio.garden" to listen to radio stations around the world. When it loads, a globe is displayed and eventually settles in to a particular radio station. But to pick another location/station, you have to drag the globe around to center the location. It allows me to double click to zoom in and (once I adjust the screen size) I can use the +/- zoom controls. But I just can't click and drag the globe around.
