How to import my Comcast email contacts into Thunderbird?

I’ve read numerous online accounts on how to import my Comcast email contacts, but they are of no help?

Thanks!

first you have to export them from comcast. I assume they offer CSV or ldif file formats. but until you have completed the export there is nothing Thunderbird can do to import them.
