Plugin check invites me to install an old version of Firefox
If i go to add-ons manager and then plugin check, there is a big green button telling me to update firefox. I am on 43.0.2, but after pressing the button it fires up a download for Firefox Setup Stub 43.0.1.exe.
Furthermore, if i do help / about it says 43.0.2. is up to date, yet on my Windows 10 machine (this one is Windows XP) I am on 43.0.3

Hello richlaughlin, yes you are correct, if you want to update xp in the latest 43.0.3, you have to install the 43.0.1 first and then if you choose to update/upgrade firefox then the 43.0.3 will be installed !!!

Nope. I installed 43.0.1 and then when i went to help / about it downloaded and installed 43.0.2 again.

I need to get to 43.0.3.
Updates to 43.0.3 was halted recently (on Windows at least) due to a problem crasher with a security software. This is why you get 43.0.2 and not 43.0.3

ok so i guess it is impossible to get the latest version for XP until that problem is fixed. thanks ...
